This page is dedicated to help both new & returning members understand everything they need to complete to be registered and ready for the upcoming school year. Please follow the step-by-step instructions to complete everything necessary. Be sure to look around the website to answer all of your questions.
STEP 1: Explore the website www.springvillebands.org and read the handbook (or you can find it by clicking on SHS Band Documents on the top left of the page)
STEP 2: Attend the Marching Band Kickoff Meeting (April 4 @ 7pm in the SHS Gym). At this meeting, you will complete the Musician’s Contract, Band Student Registration Microsoft Form, and Parent Volunteer Form.
STEP 3: Pay the $100 Deposit at the Band Kickoff meeting or before at www.springvillebands.org/payment/
STEP 4: Get a Sports Physical for your child and complete the Health & Travel Form. Both of these need to be turned in on the first day of Spring Training (May 8-12 until 5pm each day).
STEP 6: Practice and condition over summer
STEP 7: Purchase required Band Camp Gear
- Flip folder and lyre-Mr. Saxon will be selling these. $15 flip folder, $5 lyre, $0.50 per page
- Large water source-CamelBak style backpacks or running belts with water bottle holders are best.

STEP 9: Pay remaining band fees by the end of Band Camp
